Sabine Dullin is a Ph.D. in history, specializing in Soviet history and international relations. She teaches at Paris’ Sorbonne University, and is also a research fellow at the Russian Center of the École des hautes etudes en sciences sociales. She is the author of Histoire de l’URSS, 1917-1991 (La Découverte, 1994).
