Olivier Widmaier-Picasso, a lawyer by training, currently works as an audiovisual producer and consultant. In addition, he is a regular advisor to the Picasso Administration. He is the son of Maya Picasso (married to Pierre Widmaier), daughter of Pablo and Marie-Thérèse Walter, his companion from 1927 to 1944, with whom he shared a regular correspondence until his death in 1973.
