Daniel Sibony is the acclaimed author of among other works, Les Trois Monothéismes (Seuil, 1997/Points Essais 2000), Nom de Dieu (Seuil, 2002) and Le “Racisme”, une haine identitaire (Christian Bourgois, 1997/Points Essais 2001). He is one of France’s leading public intellectuals, with articles regularly appearing in Le Monde, Libération, and Le Figaro. He is also a psychoanalyst with a private practice in Paris. Daniel Sibony will be coming to the United States in Spring 2004 to speak in New York and Chicago. He has spoken in New York before, at New York University’s Maison Française.
