Yann Rougier is a neurobiology and nutrition specialist. He is the founder and director of a research and development program and in September 2005 lead a discussion on the SLIM-data method during the entretiens de Bichat, a training program in the medical community. He is also a founding member of the NPH Foundation (Nutrition, Prevention and Health) in Monaco and is also a consultant for several laboratories and sports teams.
